Mondo Fresca Produce App Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Mondo Fresca Produce iOS app and the app's requests to Mondo Fresca's public website services. The app is a wholesale foodservice tool for preparing sourcing information, viewing planning context, and reaching approved-account ordering services.

The app does not create an in-app user account and does not process in-app payments.

Information the app may handle

Prep Ticket and request details

You may enter business and sourcing details such as a business name, buyer contact, buyer type, LA County city or ZIP, order rhythm, product categories, event information, notes, and Fresho access interest.

Standard network information

When the app requests Market Desk data or opens a public web page, website and infrastructure providers may process standard network information such as an IP address, device or browser information, and request timestamps to deliver and secure the service.

Information you choose to send

If you send an email request, Mondo Fresca receives the information included in that email and any attachment you choose to add.

How information is used

Mondo Fresca may use information you choose to send to review wholesale service fit, understand sourcing needs, communicate about an account request, and protect the app and website from misuse. Account terms and Fresho ordering access are reviewed directly.

Your Prep Ticket stays on your device

The current app stores Prep Ticket drafts locally on your device. Mondo Fresca does not receive a draft merely because you create or save it. You can remove that local draft by clearing the Prep Ticket in the app or removing the app from your device.

The request workflow is user controlled

The app can prepare an email draft with the request details you choose. The app does not send that message automatically. You decide whether to edit it, attach a list, send it, or discard it.

If you send the email, the message is processed by your email provider and Mondo Fresca's email service. Sent correspondence may remain in those systems according to their settings, policies, and applicable requirements.

Weather-based planning context

Market Desk requests public planning data from Mondo Fresca's website. The website obtains weather data from Open-Meteo. Market Desk is planning context only. It does not set pricing or confirm timing, supply, quality, or availability.

Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo and refreshed on demand.

When another service opens

Approved wholesale customers may choose to open Fresho outside the app. Fresho's privacy policy and terms apply after you enter that service. Your browser, email provider, and device sharing tools may also process information under their own policies when you choose to use them.

No sale of app information

Mondo Fresca does not sell or rent information collected through the app. Information may be processed by service providers that support the functions you request, website delivery, email communication, security, or legal compliance. Mondo Fresca may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the service.

You decide what moves beyond the app

• Clear a locally saved Prep Ticket at any time.
• Review, edit, or discard an email draft before sending it.
• Choose whether to open Fresho or another external service.
• Contact Mondo Fresca to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, subject to applicable requirements.

A wholesale business tool

The app is intended for wholesale foodservice professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Protecting information and updating this policy

Mondo Fresca uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the app's current functions. No electronic system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This policy may be updated if the app's features or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published.
